Amazing value, and great customer service. I will be getting my next case from road cases after this experience. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for an extra large pedal case. I fit an entire studio rig in this thing. Large midi controller, 4 channel nterface, USB hub, power supply,, and laptop. I literally remove the lid, plug in the power cord to my supply, plug speaker, and mic, and guitar and I'm done with set up and ready to play. All my studio tools at my feet, I love this thing so far, and it sure seems like it is built to last me a lifetime.

I purchased the 40x20x6 pedalboard case because I wanted to house my HeadRush pedalboard and my analog pedals in one pedalboard without being pressed for space. This was the best price I could find for something heavy duty and large enough for my needs! The shipment arrived at my house within 3 days and the board could have NOT been more perfect! Everything looked great and I was on my way to setting up the whole rig! The one and ONLY complaint that I have is that before I purchased the case, I called the Customer Service line to ask a couple questions. Stayed on hold for a few minutes and then they took my name and number for someone to call me back. The lady who called me back was immediate about telling me how short staffed they were. She told me that she didn't have a lot of time to answer my questions but she would try. I asked her my questions and she answered them all. I asked if she wanted to take my order and she instructed me that she didn't have time and that it would be easier for her if I ordered it from the website. Hateful customer service is a pet-peeve of mine, as your customers are the heartbeat of your company! So, here she was... Hateful, pushy, and very short with me. Beside the hateful lady on the phone, the case, service, and speed were FANTASTIC! I certainly will use Road Cases USA for all my future case needs... I just won't call their customer service again! Thank you, so much!

I am a pedal junkie and could not find a pedal board from the big retailers anywhere near big enough to hold all my pedals, so I custom made a slanted board myself and bought this case to put it in. The case is heavy due to it's size, plus the weight of my board and pedals, but it seems more than rugged enough to carry the load and last for years. It is very well built, aluminum banding and corners are tight and square. Handle and latches are heavy duty. The cutouts for the latches are maybe a little rough around the edges, but who cares! You can't see them anyway unless you really look. The only difference I can see between this case and others I own (Anvil, Gator, Carvin) is those little rough edges were painted black on the other cases. Ever so small a detail for a great heavy duty case that costs half what those others did! It took about two weeks to get to me, but that was roughly what the website said to expect when I ordered. Overall, I am very happy with the case, and the service, and would absolutely buy from Road Cases USA again if I am ever in the need for another case of some kind. You won't find a better price on a quality product anywhere!!!

This is my 2nd case. I outgrew my first one, which I used for a Line 6 POD HD500X and some other pedals. I had to get a bigger case for the Line 6 Helix, which is a pretty good sized pedal. Both cases have been well made and hold up nicely to lots of gigging. I like that the interior is lined with a good quality material which mates well with velcro. Like other reviewers have done, I too built a second level, or tier, to hold other pedals. These cases are great for doing self-modifications like this. All the hardware (latches, handles, etc.) are top notch. I do see what other reviewers have commented on regarding the unfinished look where the handles and latches are cut out. But this is only on the inside of the case, not visible from the outside, and does not affect the structural integrity in anyway. To provide a more finished and refined look would most likely up the price. And like my title says, these cases provide excellent quality for the price! My only wish is that the lip height was a bit lower. In both of my cases, I've had to elevate the Line 6 pedals to get the foot switches high enough to be able to click them with my feet. This may not be possible due to the extruded aluminum edging that goes around the entire case, but if they could figure a way to do it, that would up these cases to a five star rating for me!

My only regret is I didn't spend the money for the diamond plate so it looks like it will scratch easily. My only complaint is I first emailed the company and got no response and while waiting for my order sent them a message and got no response to their customer service is non existant.

Almost built my own pedal board then I discovered roadcaseusa... The board is heavy duty and will serve my need well. A little rough at the seems, at the corners, but otherwise we'll built. The only reason the case didn't get 5 stars is because of the latches... The point down so even after unlatching the cover I had a hard time taking the top off... Could be user error but it seems like they should fall open and away from the case. I got the version with wheels... I recommend them as I've already used them a few times. Makes transport much easier.

Well made, sturdy case. I got the 34"x20" to accommodate a Line6 POD HD500 and also have room for a volume and wah pedal. Built a little shelf to stand behind those for a row of stompboxes. It's perfect for me. Plenty of room with no chance of feeling cramped... that is, until I get more stuff to throw in there. The only thing I noticed that was a little messy was the wood cutouts around the hatches. They are a bit ragged and left wood chips and sawdust inside the case. However, after smoothing down some of the edges and then vacuuming that out, I really have no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely buy again if I need more pedalboards.
